Main objective of the project:
To stimulate labor mobility and job opportunities by providing favorable conditions for the development of joint business and entrepreneurship in the cross-border region.
TARGET GROUP OF THE PROJECT
The project target group includes: citizens, non-governmental organizations, unemployed and inactive citizens, people with disabilities, private companies, specialized schools and universities, local administration, media located in the cross-border area of the municipalities of Belene, Nikopol, Pleven, Svishtov, Turnu Magurele, Alexandria and Rosiori de Vede.
Basic activities:
- Carrying out preliminary studies (studies) in the cross-border region and preparation of databases, analysis, translation services, preparation of web-inars;
- Developing a joint strategy on cross-border mobility, identifying key sectors to enable labor mobility and integration of people with disabilities into the labor market;
- Development of a web-based training platform with a mobile internet version in Bulgarian, Romanian and English in order to promote joint business initiatives in the cross-border region and stimulate employment opportunities and web-site training;
- Organizing 16 two-day training seminars for unemployed and inactive people in the cross-border region;
- Organizing 6 joint forums with representatives of Bulgarian and Romanian employers and professional organizations, media, local government, universities, specialized schools, labor offices, NGOs, etc .;
